On-device processing

Photos, videos, transcripts, face data and search queries are processed on your Mac and never transmitted.

What we collect

• Anonymous diagnostics, on by default and switchable off in Settings: a random install ID, app version, chip, memory, macOS version, library-size bucket, how long each stage took, which steps you reached, error codes and thermal state.
• License activation: your license key and an activation ID, through Lemon Squeezy. When you activate, your install ID is linked to your license and purchase email so we can help you with your own history.
• Update checks: the app version and your IP address, in server logs.

What we never collect

Names, photos, thumbnails, transcripts, search queries, prompts, album names or file paths. Our server rejects any payload that contains fields it doesn't know.

Opting out

Turn diagnostics off in Settings. Nothing is sent after that. You can also export or delete everything tied to your install from inside the app.

Third parties

• Lemon Squeezy: purchases, as merchant of record.
• Cloudflare: hosting, downloads and diagnostics transport.
• Your optional publishing provider, for posts you choose to schedule.
• Google Analytics: this website only, never the app.

Retention

Raw diagnostic events are kept 90 days. Installs with no activity for 180 days are deleted.
